These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the services of 360 Folds (Pvt.) Ltd. ("360 Folds", "we", "us"), a digital advertising and performance marketing agency registered in Pakistan with offices at Office 3, 3rd Floor, Hamza Plaza, Kohinoor City, Faisalabad, Punjab 38000, Pakistan, and 218-MB, J Block, DHA Phase 6, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
360 Folds plans, launches, manages, optimizes and reports on paid advertising campaigns, primarily Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, along with related marketing services, on behalf of our clients. The specific deliverables, fees, timelines and any performance guarantee for an engagement are set out in a separate written agreement with each client; that agreement, together with these terms, governs the relationship.
Where we manage advertising for a client, the client authorizes 360 Folds to access and operate the relevant advertising accounts (for example, through a Google Ads manager (MCC) account and Meta Business Manager) solely to deliver the agreed services, including creating and adjusting campaigns and budgets, pausing and enabling campaigns and ads, optimizing performance, and producing reports. The client remains the owner of their advertising accounts and may withdraw this authorization at any time.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
All content on this site, including text, design, illustrations and logos, belongs to 360 Folds (Pvt.) Ltd. unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, so except as expressly stated in a written client agreement we do not guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by the client under the relevant agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
