Do we own the creatives you produce?
Yes. Every asset, raw file, b-roll cut and project file is delivered to your shared Drive. Day one access, full ownership, in perpetuity — even after we part ways.
Can you work without the rest of the growth pod?
Yes. About 30% of our content clients only buy creative — they run their own media in-house. We still brief off their funnel data; we just don't run the spend.
How do you source UGC creators?
We have 3 in-house creators on staff for everyday volume, plus an 11-creator vetted network we tap by vertical (beauty, fitness, food, home, fashion). All creator-rights, Spark permissions and whitelisting are handled by us, not you.
What if our brand voice is very specific?
One dedicated creative director owns the voice for your brand and writes/approves every script before camera rolls. By week 3 we're typically writing in voice without needing approval. By month 2, you're using us to extend your in-house style, not replace it.
How do you measure if a creative is working?
We measure to contribution margin, not platform-reported ROAS. Each creative is tagged in the ad account, attribution flows into the same dashboard the media team uses, and every Friday we tell you which assets are still earning their slot and which are about to be killed.
Can we approve scripts and rough cuts?
You can — but most brands stop wanting to after week 2. The brief→ship loop is 72 hours; approval bottlenecks usually break that. Once we're aligned on voice, we typically share the finished cut as a courtesy, not a gate.
